We had to unexpectedly take our sweet Bo to the ER. Upon arrival we were greeted with such compassion and concern for our baby. They did not hesitate and jumped right in to get him assessed. We had no wait at all which was great. Dr. Emily and her tech were amazing. They explained everything they were doing step by step and keep us updated on the results as they came in. I love the open treatment concept, it made us feel much better that we could be with Bo through the whole process. Dr. Emily took the time to explain all our options and gave time to process everything and we never felt rushed to make a decision. She sat in the floor with us, which so comforting. I would 10 out 10 recommend VEG to anyone.

Brought in our neighborhood cat urgently after a bite from another cat that had gotten infected and was draining. They were able to see us immediately. They were able to print out a price quote for us and go through it with us before treating him at all so we could decide what we could afford to do and what was truly necessary. This was great, and we appreciated know exactly what we were going to be paying before doing anything. $135 urgent exam visit, and it was the cheapest quote we got after calling 4 urgent vets. For an after hrs vet, we felt like the took great care of kitty for a decent price all things considered. We would come here again in an emergency.

My 14-year-old precious cat passed away at my house and I wanted to take her to have her cremated. I called here. The girl was extremely nice, extremely compassionate and took her up there within about 15 minutes of talking to her and they took her back and preparing her they did the paw prints and I will go back and get her in about 10 days when they call. The lady was very kind and very compassionate.

The check-in process was easy and convenient, and we were taken right to an exam room. The Technician and the Vet were friendly, took a genuine interest in the well-being of our dog, and provided the care and treatment our dog needed. The Technician, Melissa, called the next day to check on our dog (who was doing better after the antibiotics and steroids they gave her). I appreciated not having to wait for hours to see the vet, and especially appreciated the excellent our pet received. Highly recommend for non-emergency urgent care!

If you are ever needing a urgent vet this is the place! The staff is wonderful and a blessing. I took my fur pup there after she was having blood in here urine. They called and checked on here the very next day to see how she is doing. I have not had a vet to do so thus far and she is 5 yrs old and healthy. May God continue to bless everyone in this facility as well as bring continuous business!

The love of our life, Boba, swallowed a friendship bracelet string (picture for moments before disaster.) I was a vet tech for 6 years so I knew how serious this could end up (emergency surgery/overnight hospital stays and $$$.) Dr Wilson was an absolute genius angel and found a quick solution to induce him to vomit it back up. Sure enough he vomited the whole string and went home as if nothing ever happened. Dr Wilson and Melissa the tech, both stayed super calm which helped me after crying the entire way there. From the time he swallowed the string, to the time they fixed him and we left the ER, it was only an hour. They are very efficient and trustworthy here.

I brought my 11-year-old lab mix, Cooper, in today because he started limping this morning. Rachel, the tech, and Dr. Wilson were so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. You could tell they both love animals and ensured Coop felt as comfortable as possible the entire time. After an initial exam, Dr. Wilson suggested minimal sedation to do a more intensive exam on his knee and x-rays. Rachel reviewed the cost with me before proceeding. Dr. Wilson returned to review the x-rays with me, talk about next steps, and answer all my questions. Before preparing additional meds to take home, Rachel checked to make sure I was okay with the cost. At all times, I felt completely in control of my dog's care and the price. I really appreciate how considerate and knowledgeable both Dr. Wilson and Rachel were the entire time. Taking my dog to a brand new vet when he has an injury is already a vulnerable place to be, so I am incredibly grateful that UrgentVet provided such a good experience. The entire visit cost under $700 which is very typical; sadly, I just had a similar visit with my sister's cat while visiting in Florida, and x-rays, minimal sedation, and medication was the same price at her primary vet. I am so happy that I went to this office instead of an emergency vet because it was definitely less expensive. I actually "saved a seat" on their website and showed up a few minutes before they opened. The door was locked, but Rachel came and brought me to a room immediately. The exam room was also super spacious. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this office and definitely recommend their care!

I had to take my poor bb in yesterday for some eye conjunctivitis; I checked in online and even though I arrived before my check-in time, they still took me straight back to an exam room. The vet tech (I can’t remember her name 😭) was very kind and understanding, and gave my cat time to warm up to the room and her voice before doing his intake. She let me hold him as much as possible so he felt comfortable during her intake examinations, and explained every step of the process to me. They were backed up that day with an influx of patients on a holiday weekend, but the vet tech kept me updated and thanked me for my patience throughout the process. The vet, Hannah Wilson, was also very kind, calm, and patient with my baby who gets very anxious at the vet. She explained everything that she thought could be the cause of his issues in a way that was very helpful and understandable. She explained that she did not want to err towards running unnecessary tests, but explained all of the options and what would be most helpful, and gave me a choice as to what I wanted to give the go-ahead for them to run. They then brought in an estimate and explained what each charge was for, what each test would tell them, and what next steps would be depending on the results and had me sign off on them before they did anything else. They then explained all of the test results to me, told me when and how to follow up with my regular vet, and explained all of the medications and how/when to administer them and answered all of my questions before I left. 10 out of 10, this was my first time coming here and I would definitely go back here again if I ever need an urgent vet again. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur baby Milo!

I rushed my Bosco to the Greenville, SC location, cause I knew he was telling me he was tired. It was 6pm, and our regular vet was closed. I called them, and they took him right away. The whole staff was extremely kind. They explained the process to is, but my Bosco decided after years of IV, shots and sickness, he looked at me while I held him and my son and husband, and crossed the raindow bridge himself 🌈. He let us know we were making the right decision, and left this world on his terms. This vet was so compassionate. Ive never been there before this day, yet they treated us like family. They care about us. They cared about Bosco. I will never forget the genuine compassion they had for us. They even made us paw prints and gave us some of his fur in 3 keepsake bottles. I will always have a piece of my Bosco, thanks to this Urgent Care vet. Thank you so much. I will never forget your kindness. Cynthia Crescenzo and family.

We were faced with suddenly needing to euthanize our 14 year old princess. The special room was dimly lit with furniture you could comfortably sit on with your pet. There were treats for humans and pets alike, including a jar of"Goodbye Kisses" since no dog should leave earth without trying chocolate. The staff and Dr were gentle and kind, talking us through the entire process. They allowed us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and treated her so well. If I am ever in need for urgent care for my pets again, I will not hesitate to bring them to this facility.
